Ershad on a four-day visit to Rangpur

Former President and Jatiya Party (JP) chairman Hussein Muhammad Ershad went to Rangpur on a four-day tour.

 He left Dhaka for Syedpur Airport on a plane of the United Arab Emirates Air Base on Saturday at 10am from Shahjalal International Airport. At noon will stay in Rangpur rural residence.

This information was given in a press release signed by former President's Press and Political Secretary Sunil Shuvo Roy.

The notification said that Ershad will take part in various private programs for the next Monday (May 14th). The next day, on Tuesday (May 15th), joining the governing body of Rangpur Medical College (RAMEK) Hospital at 11 am. He will return to Dhaka on Wednesday (May 16th) at Syedpur Airport on a plane of US Bangla Air License.
